I
have long been a fan of Tantra Bensko, having reviewed several of her books in
the past two years. I cannot say enough about the fiction, the poetry, and the
line between of this young author. Her words have a frequency that wants to bed
you down once you tune in. This is a collection of some very handsome short
stories. In my opinion, you should strip and read them naked. I cannot explain
how much I enjoyed the stalking sweetness of Passages, or the bittersweet playfulness of Story Meter. There is no
uncertainty with the way that Tantra Bensko layers her words, one rolling on
top of another, until they fill your heart and mind with an isolated bliss. I
highly recommend that you buy this collection. And I highly recommend you seek
out and purchase her other books, because Tantra Bensko is a writer’s writer of
the highest order.
